The Gemeentemuseum The Hague, built in 1935 by the architect Berlage, is much loved for its architecture alone. But inside the collections are so vast that you really could spend the whole day there! You will come across the work of Piet Mondriaan, Picasso, Kandinsky, Van Gogh and Monet and also get to see delftware, Hague silver, Period rooms and a marvellous doll’s house. The Fashion Gallery always features new exhibitions and the rooms with over 800 musical instruments are a feast for the eyes.
